Pediatrician

The Pediatrician (MD) provides comprehensive outpatient care for infants, children, and adolescents, focusing on preventive, acute, and chronic health management in line with FQHC standards and regulations.

  • Deliver direct patient care, including exams, screenings, immunizations, and treatment of pediatric conditions.
  • Manage chronic illnesses, interpret diagnostics, prescribe medications, and coordinate referrals.
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, supervise clinical staff, and participate in quality improvement efforts.
  • Provide culturally competent, family-centered care, education, and support to diverse populations.
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation, ensure compliance, and participate in on-call and extended hours as needed.

  • Qualifications: MD/DO, board certified or eligible in pediatrics, active license, BLS/PALS, with outpatient experience preferred. Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus.
