Immediate opportunity for BC/BE Family Medicine & Internal Medicine physicians in Southern Colorado—Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Canon City.
Join a growing physician practice established in 2015, with around 100 employees, providing comprehensive clinical services across inpatient rehab, skilled nursing, long-term care, and assisted living facilities. Provide medical oversight, care, and documentation for diverse patient populations in subacute, long-term, and assisted living settings, with no night call required. Participate in quality assurance, utilization management, peer reviews, and support strategic and operational goals. Must have relevant experience, licensure, board certification/eligibility, and reliable transportation; familiarity with EMR/EHR software preferred. Offers a competitive salary ($250,000-$300,000), medical directorship, and benefits including health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and relocation assistance. Full-time position with a flexible schedule, requiring some weekend and on-call work. No night shifts.
