We are seeking a Part-Time Nurse Practitioner (NP) to support Skilled Nursing and Post-Acute facilities in Georgetown, SC.
- Schedule: 3 days/week (Monday–Friday), 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, with no nights, weekends, or on-call.
- Responsibilities include evaluating new admissions, managing chronic and preventive care, collaborating with care teams, and maintaining clinical documentation.
- Qualifications: Active SC NP license, board certification, experience in post-acute or outpatient settings preferred, with an interest in geriatrics.
