We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive patient care in a dynamic clinical setting.
Perform physical exams, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans across various medical disciplines, including family medicine, internal medicine, obstetrics, cardiology, and dermatology. Manage diverse health conditions such as chronic diseases, reproductive health, mental health, and preventive screenings. Utilize EHR systems for documentation, order entry, and care coordination, including telehealth services. Provide patient education on health maintenance, medication, and lifestyle modifications. Coordinate with specialists and ensure compliance with HIPAA and infection control standards. Perform procedures like suturing, catheterization, and wound care, and interpret diagnostic imaging. Manage complex cases involving ventilators or post-operative recovery. Strong communication skills and ability to work both in person and remotely preferred.
