We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive primary care across all ages.
Conduct health assessments and develop personalized care plans. Offer services including health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management. Collaborate with healthcare teams, perform diagnostics, interpret results, and prescribe medications. Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention. Manage acute and chronic conditions in various settings such as clinics, nursing homes, and emergency rooms. Implement utilization management strategies to optimize resources. Possess valid FNP certification and relevant experience, with proficiency in medical imaging and utilization principles. This full-time or contract role offers a salary of $110,000-$130,000, with benefits including 401(k), health insurance, paid time off, and bonus opportunities.
Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner and able to work in or relocate to Minot, ND.
