Seeking a full or part-time NURSE PRACTITIONER or PHYSICIANS ASSISTANT-CERTIFIED to join a growing ENT department, working with experienced physicians and staff to provide high-quality patient care.
The role involves evaluating general ENT (Otolaryngology) patients, receiving training in specialty care, and assisting with initial assessments, follow-ups, postoperative care, and minor in-office procedures.
- Perform medical exams, diagnose, treat, and educate patients.
- Obtain histories, develop assessments, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Provide health education and communicate with community practitioners and referring physicians.
- Follow safety, infection control, and environmental protocols.
- Complete miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Requirements include current licensure as PA-C or ARNP, preferably 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience, and a patient-focused approach. Strong communication skills, knowledge of EMR systems, and familiarity with clinical procedures are essential.
