We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to provide comprehensive patient care in a dynamic clinical setting.
Conduct physical exams, assessments, and develop individualized care plans across various specialties including family medicine, internal medicine, obstetrics, cardiology, and dermatology. Manage diverse health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, mental health, and reproductive health, utilizing EHR systems like Epic for documentation and coordination. Perform procedures including suturing, catheterization, wound care, and interpret diagnostic imaging. Coordinate referrals, provide patient education, and participate in telehealth services to improve access. Maintain compliance with HIPAA and infection control standards. Work flexible hours (8-16/week) at a pay rate of $65-$70/hr, with benefits including employee discounts and schedule flexibility.
