We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or LPC-IT (WI) to provide professional counseling services to clinic patients.
Responsibilities include developing individualized treatment plans, building strong patient relationships, creating a safe environment for expression, consulting with the mental health team, and responding to emergencies when needed.
Qualifications: Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and use of a company email for cyber security are required.
