Speech & Language Pathologist

We are seeking a part-time Speech and Language Pathologist to support students aged 5-22 with severe behavioral and developmental needs.

  • Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, social communication, and feeding disorders.
  • Provide direct therapy in various settings and support AAC device implementation.
  • Collaborate with staff and families, train on communication strategies, and participate in IEP meetings.
  • Integrate communication supports into behavior plans and assist with crisis intervention.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CA licensure, CCC-SLP preferred, experience with behavioral and developmental disabilities, knowledge of AAC and trauma-informed practices.
