Speech & Language Pathologist

We are seeking a part-time Speech and Language Pathologist to support students aged 5-22 with severe behavioral and developmental needs.

Conduct assessments, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for speech, language, social communication, and feeding disorders.

Provide direct therapy in various settings and support AAC device implementation.

Collaborate with staff and families, train on communication strategies, and participate in IEP meetings.

Integrate communication supports into behavior plans and assist with crisis intervention.

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications: Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology, CA licensure, CCC-SLP preferred, experience with behavioral and developmental disabilities, knowledge of AAC and trauma-informed practices.
