We are seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, and swallowing disorders in various settings, including hospitals and acute care facilities.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapy to improve speech articulation, language comprehension, and swallowing function.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and monitor patient progress.
- Educate patients and families on therapy strategies and maintain detailed documentation.
Requirements include a master’s degree, valid licensure, and experience in acute care, especially with dysphagia. Skills in ICU therapy, anatomy, and medical terminology are essential. Preferred experience with pediatric populations in school settings is a plus.
