The Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is a licensed professional responsible for evaluating and treating speech, language, voice, swallow, and cognitive-communicative disorders in pediatric patients.
They develop individualized treatment plans incorporating family values and clinical guidelines, utilizing clinical observations, caregiver reports, and standardized assessments.
The SLP documents progress, addresses goals, and provides therapy supporting sensory-motor, cognitive, psychological, and behavioral development in a pediatric-centered, play-based clinic setting.
Requirements: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university, current Maryland or Delaware licensure.
Schedule & Compensation: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8 am-6 pm shifts; annual pay between $78,769.60 and $122,116.80.
