Seeking an RN for NICU – Neonatal Intensive Care in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
Coordinates total nursing care for adult-geriatic patients in a clinical setting.
Participates in patient and family education while providing leadership with team members.
Maintains professional nursing standards and ensures quality patient care.
Requires 2+ years of NICU experience and strong clinical skills; travel healthcare experience preferred.
Arkansas license and current BLS certification are mandatory; additional certifications may be needed.
Must have reliable transportation for travel assignments.
Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts, starting July 28, 2025.
Competitive monthly pay of $8,233, with travel and housing provided.
