RN – Home Health position in Ponca City, Oklahoma, for a 4-week temporary contract starting August 11, 2025.
Coordinate comprehensive nursing care for adult-geriatric patients.
Participate in patient and family education.
Work collaboratively with healthcare team members, providing leadership and maintaining professional standards.
Require 2+ years of home health RN experience; travel healthcare experience preferred.
Oklahoma licensure and current BLS certification required; additional certifications may be needed.
Work 40 hours/week, 8-hour shifts; reliable transportation is necessary.
