Role Summary: Provide specialized nursing care for patients undergoing angiography and interventional radiology procedures.
Key Duties:
- Prepare patients for angiography and interventional radiology procedures.
- Monitor patients during procedures to support safety and clinical stability.
- Assist with procedure readiness, including assessment and coordination of care needs.
- Support patient recovery after procedures, observing for complications and ensuring comfort.
- Collaborate with radiologists and radiology technologists to deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered care.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong clinical nursing skills with ability to assess, monitor, and respond to patient needs.
- Knowledge of angiography/interventional radiology patient care principles and peri-procedural workflows.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with radiology providers.
- Commitment to patient safety, empathy, and clear documentation.
