Registered Nurse (Adult Rehabilitation)
Provide compassionate, evidence-based nursing care for adult rehabilitation patients in an on-site setting. Perform comprehensive patient assessments and deliver individualized care by collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and monitor patient condition
- Administer medications safely and accurately
- Manage wounds and oversee IV therapy
- Coordinate and implement individualized care plans
- Support patients in regaining mobility and independence
- Educate patients and families on care and recovery
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure
- Strong clinical judgment and evidence-based practice
- Competence in medication administration, wound care, and IV management
- Ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and patient-centered approach
- Detail-oriented EHR documentation skills
