Registered Nurse – Pre-Op
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care in the pre-operative setting by performing comprehensive pre-operative assessments. Verify surgical consents, initiate IV therapy, and administer medications as ordered. Prepare patients physically and emotionally for upcoming procedures while collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams.
Maintain accurate EMR documentation and uphold strict safety standards throughout the pre-op process.
