CVICU Clinical Nurse
Provide advanced, evidence-based nursing care for critically ill cardiac and vascular patients in a high-acuity intensive care unit. Perform complex patient assessments and implement individualized care plans based on current clinical evidence.
Key responsibilities
- Manage ventilators and titrate vasoactive infusions for hemodynamic support.
- Collaborate closely with intensivists and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Monitor patient status, recognize changes in condition, and respond rapidly to critical needs.
- Support patients and families through stressful, high-acuity clinical situations.
- Deliver compassionate, mission-driven care that improves outcomes in the community.
Qualifications & skills
