Seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a Progressive Care Unit. Provide high-quality, evidence-based care to acutely ill adults who require close monitoring and advanced nursing interventions.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor patients using telemetry and assess clinical status for changes.
- Administer medications and IV therapy safely and accurately.
- Coordinate care with a multidisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes.
- Document care thoroughly in the EMR with complete and accurate records.
- Educate patients and families and support care planning.
- Respond promptly to patient condition changes and escalate concerns as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure and strong clinical judgment.
- Proficiency with telemetry monitoring, medication/IV administration, and patient assessment.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and patient education abilities.
