Provide compassionate postpartum care to mothers and newborns. Perform comprehensive assessments, administer medications as prescribed, and monitor recovery and well-being.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver postpartum nursing care to mothers and newborns.
- Conduct thorough assessments and ongoing monitoring.
- Administer medications and support safe recovery.
- Educate families on newborn care, feeding, and safety.
- Collaborate with obstetric, NICU, and lactation teams to support patient outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current RN licensure.
- Strong clinical assessment and monitoring skills.
- Effective medication administration and patient safety focus.
- Compassionate, patient-centered communication and education skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across interdisciplinary care teams.
