Acute Medicine Clinical Nurse provides exceptional bedside care to hospitalized adult patients in a fast-paced acute medical unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor clinical status closely.
- Administer medications and therapies safely and accurately.
- Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and escalate concerns as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team to deliver evidence-based care.
- Contribute to care planning and support safe transitions through patient and family education.

- Registered nursing licensure and strong acute care nursing competencies.
- Excellent clinical judgment, prioritization, and rapid decision-making in a high-acuity environment.
