Licensed Practical Nurse (Urgent Care)
Provide compassionate, patient-first care in a fast-paced, walk-in urgent care setting for non-emergency minor illnesses and injuries. Support clinicians by performing patient triage and conducting vital signs, point-of-care testing, and administering injections. Assist with wound care and other routine treatments while maintaining accurate, timely electronic health record (EHR) documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Triage patients and assess presenting concerns
- Obtain and record vital signs
- Perform point-of-care testing
- Administer injections as ordered
- Provide wound care and assist with minor procedures
- Document care and clinical information in the EHR
- Collaborate with providers to ensure safe, efficient patient care
Qualifications & Skills
- Current LPN licensure
- Strong clinical and patient assessment skills
- Comfort with EHR documentation
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
