QMAP (Medication Aide) needed to support residents in a faith-inspired senior living community.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely administer routine medications in accordance with established procedures.
- Accurately document medication administration and related information.
- Observe residents for changes in condition and promptly report concerns to nursing staff.
- Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as needed.
- Respond to call lights and provide timely, supportive assistance.
- Maintain a warm, respectful environment that honors each resident’s dignity.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current QMAP certification (or required credential to administer routine medications).
- Strong attention to detail for medication accuracy and documentation.
- Ability to observe, recognize, and report health or behavioral changes.
- Compassionate, resident-centered approach and respect for dignity.
- Comfort assisting with ADLs and collaborating with nursing and care teams.
