Occupational Therapy Assistant
Support licensed occupational therapists in providing patient-centered care across inpatient and outpatient settings.
Key Duties
- Assist with implementation of occupational therapy treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic activities to help patients improve functional independence.
- Educate patients to support progress and daily living skills.
- Document patient progress and treatment-related information according to policy.
- Collaborate with the care team to support effective rehabilitation outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Credentialed/qualified as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
- Ability to work compassionately with diverse patient populations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail for documentation and patient support.
