New Grad RN Resident – Emergency Room
Provide direct, evidence-based nursing care to diverse emergency patients under the guidance of experienced preceptors in a supportive, patient-centered, team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with triage and perform patient assessments
- Administer medications and deliver IV therapy
- Provide wound care and other direct nursing interventions
- Monitor patient status and respond to clinical changes using EHR systems
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in a structured residency program with mentorship, skills training, and ongoing education
Qualifications & Skills
- New graduate Registered Nurse with a commitment to evidence-based practice
- Strong clinical judgment, assessment, and monitoring skills
- Proficiency with documentation and care delivery using EHR
- Effective communication and teamwork in high-acuity settings
