Role: Certified Surgical Tech supporting multi-specialty outpatient surgical procedures in a patient-first, safety-focused setting.
Key Duties:
- Prepare operating rooms and ensure sterile fields are maintained throughout procedures.
- Handle, organize, and manage surgical instruments and supplies during operations.
- Assist surgeons throughout operative procedures, responding to intraoperative needs.
- Collaborate with RNs, anesthesia teams, and board-certified physicians to support efficient, high-quality patient care.
- Use surgical technology to help ensure safe, accurate, same-day surgical outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Certified Surgical Tech credential.
- Strong understanding of sterile technique and operating room protocols.
- Ability to coordinate closely with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
- Attention to detail, safety awareness, and patient-focused mindset.
