Registered Nurse – Surgical Intensive Care Unit
Provide evidence-based critical care for post-surgical and medically complex patients in a high-acuity environment. Manage ventilators and IV drips, perform continuous patient assessment, and implement timely nursing interventions to support safe stabilization and recovery.
Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate treatment plans, support safe transitions of care, and maintain high standards of patient safety. Educate patients and families on care needs and ensure clear communication throughout the continuum.
