Float Pool RN provides high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across multiple units in Middle Tennessee hospitals. The role involves assessing patients, developing and implementing nursing care plans, and coordinating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to deliver appropriate care for diverse patient populations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status
- Administer medications and perform nursing interventions safely
- Accurately document care in the Electronic Health Record (EHR)
- Educate and advocate for patients and families to support informed decision-making
- Collaborate with team members to ensure coordinated, evidence-based care
