Role Summary
Provide direct and indirect nursing care to rehabilitation patients using the nursing process.
Key Duties
- Deliver patient-centered care while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients and families to support personalized care plans.
- Coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, goal-focused rehabilitation care.
