Certified Respiratory Therapist to provide high-quality respiratory care in acute and critical care settings. You will assess, treat, and monitor patients with cardiopulmonary disorders, performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures and managing ventilators.
Key responsibilities
- Assess respiratory status and develop/implement appropriate care interventions
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures
- Manage ventilator support and monitor patient response
- Respond to respiratory emergencies and provide timely interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams to deliver patient-centered care
- Educate patients and families on respiratory care and treatments
- Maintain accurate, complete documentation and follow evidence-based protocols

Qualifications and skills
- Current certification as a Respiratory Therapist
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and emergency response skills
- Proficiency in ventilator management and respiratory therapy procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Excellent patient communication and education skills
- Detail-oriented documentation and protocol adherence
