Registered Nurse – Cardiac Neuro ICU
Provide high-acuity cardiac and neurological critical care by performing comprehensive patient assessments, administering medications, titrating IV drips, and managing ventilators and invasive lines.
Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement evidence-based care plans, ensuring safe and effective delivery of treatment.
Educate patients and families, support recovery, and respond promptly to rapid changes in patient condition.
Key Requirements & Skills
- Current Registered Nurse licensure
- Strong critical care skills for cardiac and neurological patients
- Ability to manage advanced therapies (ventilators, invasive lines, IV drips)
- Medication administration and titration proficiency
- Excellent assessment, prioritization, and rapid response capabilities
- Effective communication and teamwork with interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to provide patient and family education
