Primary Care Physician for an office-based outpatient practice in Litchfield, Connecticut. Deliver comprehensive primary care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team and leveraging Ambient AI technology to support clinical documentation and care delivery.
Key Duties
- Provide patient-centered, comprehensive primary care across common adult and preventive health needs.
- Collaborate with a care team to coordinate services and support high-quality outcomes.
- Use Ambient AI technology to assist with documentation and streamline clinical workflows.
- Participate in optional teaching activities as desired.
- Provide limited phone call coverage as needed for patient support.
Qualifications & Skills
- MD or DO with appropriate board eligibility/certification in primary care/internal medicine or family medicine.
- Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and commitment to preventive care.
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative care model and adapt to technology-enabled workflows.
