Nurse Extern – Cardiac Nephrology
Provide hands-on support to the Cardiac Nephrology team under RN supervision.
Key duties:
- Deliver direct patient care, including obtaining vital signs
- Assist with cardiac and renal monitoring for complex patients
- Support daily activities and patient comfort needs
- Document patient information in the EMR
- Follow strict infection control and safety practices
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
