Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) provides high-quality, evidence-based care in a fast-paced emergency department.
Key responsibilities:
- Rapidly assess, triage, and stabilize patients across the lifespan.
- Administer medications, manage IVs, and use advanced monitoring equipment.
- Deliver emergency and critical care interventions based on clinical judgment.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
- Document care accurately and thoroughly in the EMR.
- Maintain strict safety, infection-control, and quality standards.
Qualifications & skills:
- RN licensure and strong knowledge of emergency nursing practices.
- Experience in high-acuity emergency or critical care settings.
- Excellent clinical judgment and ability to work effectively under pressure.
