Ultrasound Technologist (OB/GYN)
Perform high-quality obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound examinations in a compassionate, patient-centered, on-site setting. Produce accurate diagnostic images for routine and high-risk pregnancies, document ultrasound findings, and collaborate closely with OB/GYN providers to support patient care.
Key Duties
- Perform and optimize OB/GYN ultrasound procedures to obtain diagnostic-quality images
- Document results and maintain accurate patient records
- Support obstetric and gynecologic care, including examinations related to higher-risk cases
- Educate patients and address questions to promote comfort and understanding
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and a respectful experience throughout the visit
- Work effectively within a team-focused, supportive women’s health environment
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Expertise in performing OB/GYN ultrasound examinations with strong attention to image quality and accuracy
- Strong documentation skills for clear, thorough reporting of findings
- Ability to collaborate with OB/GYN providers and other care team members
- Compassionate, patient-focused communication and interpersonal skills
