Emergency Department Nurse
Provide direct and indirect nursing care in the emergency department, ensuring safe, timely, and patient-centered support.
- Assess and reassess patients across all age groups using clinical judgment and triage procedures.
- Manage patient pain and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Deliver appropriate nursing interventions and coordinate next steps based on reassessment findings.
- Collaborate with physicians and clinical colleagues to support care plans and continuity of treatment.
- Monitor vital signs and clinical indicators, escalating concerns as needed.
- Contribute to staff hiring and support team development.
