Interventional Technologist supporting image-guided procedures in a Healthcare & Medical Services setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians and nurses with interventional and vascular procedures
- Prepare patients and operate fluoroscopy and related imaging equipment
- Scrub and circulate as needed while maintaining sterile technique
- Monitor patient status throughout procedures and document patient care
- Ensure radiation safety and follow established safety protocols
- Support and assist with emergency interventions
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong understanding of interventional workflow and sterile procedures
- Proficiency operating fluoroscopy and assisting with imaging-guided care
- Ability to monitor patients and respond effectively during urgent situations
- Knowledge of radiation safety practices
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and patient-centered bedside manner
