Registered Nurse (Intensive Care Unit)
Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to critically ill patients in a collaborative hospital environment. You will assess and monitor patient status, administer medications and treatments, and promptly respond to changes in condition. Coordinate care with physicians and a multidisciplinary team, supporting continuity of care.
Partner with patients and families through clear communication and education, maintain accurate documentation, and ensure adherence to safety and infection-control standards. Contribute to a culture of teamwork, respect, continuous learning, and quality improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Active RN license in Connecticut
- Critical-care experience preferred
- Relevant certifications preferred
