- Continuously monitors cardiac rhythm and vital signs; identifies and escalates patient changes.
- Supports emergency procedures in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Documents care accurately in the EHR, ensuring timely and complete records.
- Educates patients and families on care plans, treatments, and next steps.
- Coordinates safe discharge and admission processes with the care team.
