Registered Nurse (Pediatric ICU)
Provide advanced, family-centered critical care for infants, children, and adolescents with complex medical conditions. Deliver continuous patient monitoring, administer medications, and respond to changing clinical status to support safe, high-acuity care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan and implement individualized care, using advanced clinical technology and evidence-based practices. Educate and support families to strengthen understanding and engagement in the care process.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Current Registered Nurse licensure
- Critical care experience and strong assessment skills
- Proficiency with medication administration and continuous monitoring
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Compassionate, patient-safety focused communication with families
