Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides compassionate direct patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Key Duties:
- Administer medications and perform prescribed treatments.
- Monitor and record vital signs; assess patient needs and report changes.
- Assist physicians and Registered Nurses during procedures and care delivery.
- Document all care accurately in the EMR.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and post-treatment instructions.
- Maintain strict compliance with safety, infection-control, and clinical standards.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support quality improvement and professional development.
Qualifications & Skills: Current LPN licensure, strong clinical judgment, effective communication for patient education, accurate EMR documentation, and commitment to patient safety and infection prevention.
