Clinical Nurse Coordinator (Progressive Care Unit) Registered Nurse
- Provide patient-centered care and coordinate day-to-day Progressive Care Unit (PCU) operations.
- Support admission and discharge planning and processes.
- Monitor, evaluate, and improve the delivery of nursing care.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, effective care.
- Serve as a clinical leader by providing guidance and support to nursing staff.
- Assist with unit scheduling and workflow support.
- Promote quality outcomes, patient safety, and a positive patient experience in an acute-care hospital environment.
