Key duties:
- Assess patients with breathing and cardiopulmonary disorders and monitor patient response to therapy.
- Perform diagnostic respiratory tests.
- Administer oxygen therapy and aerosol treatments.
- Manage and support ventilators and related respiratory equipment.
- Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans.
Qualifications & skills:
- Current Registered Respiratory Therapist credential.
- Strong clinical skills in cardiopulmonary assessment, diagnostics, and respiratory therapies.
- Proficient ventilator management and patient monitoring.
- Effective teamwork and communication with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.
