Registered Nurse (RN) – Patient-Centered Care
Provide compassionate, bedside nursing care in a patient-centered role. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, administer medications, and coordinate care plans with an interdisciplinary team to support safe, effective treatment.
Key duties include:
- Deliver direct nursing care and ongoing monitoring
- Assess patients, develop and implement nursing interventions, and coordinate treatment plans
- Administer medications and support care according to clinical standards
- Educate patients and families on care, treatment, and self-management
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the EMR
- Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and care standards
Qualifications & skills
- Current RN licensure
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills for patient and family education
- Accurate, detail-oriented EMR documentation
- Commitment to evidence-based practice, safety, and quality
