Key Duties
- Deliver direct resident care and support activities of daily living
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the care team
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support safe, person-centered care
- Maintain a respectful, inclusive culture and support residents and families
Qualifications & Skills
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with strong clinical judgment
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach with empathy and professionalism
- Ability to assess needs, observe conditions, and communicate effectively
- Medication administration knowledge and attention to safety and compliance
- Strong teamwork and ability to work in a fast-paced care setting
