Physical Therapist Assistant (Outpatient Rehab)
Provide high-quality outpatient rehabilitation care by implementing patient treatment plans under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist. Support patients in restoring function, mobility, and independence through hands-on and modality-based interventions.
Key Duties
- Assist with therapeutic exercises and delivery of manual therapy techniques
- Use therapeutic modalities as directed
- Monitor patient response and progress
- Document outcomes and maintain accurate records
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
- Follow safety and infection-control standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a patient-first environment
Qualifications & Skills
- Credentialed Physical Therapist Assistant with strong clinical support skills
- Ability to assist in treatment plan implementation effectively and safely
- Solid patient communication and education skills
- Attention to detail in documentation and outcome tracking
