Registered Nurse (ICU) — PRN
Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to critically ill adults in an Intensive Care Unit. Deliver high-acuity treatment for complex cardiac, respiratory, and post-surgical patients.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform continuous assessment and monitor patient status closely.
- Manage medications and IV drips with attention to safety and accuracy.
- Support ventilator care and hemodynamic monitoring.
- Participate in rapid response activities as needed.
- Educate and communicate with families to support patient-centered care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active Registered Nurse licensure.
- Strong critical care nursing judgment and the ability to respond quickly to changing conditions.
- Proficiency with ICU monitoring and high-acuity clinical workflows (ventilation/hemodynamics).
- Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, team-oriented approach.
