School Social Worker to support students’ academic and social-emotional success across partner schools.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct social work assessments, provide counseling, and deliver case management for students.
- Participate in IEP/504 and multidisciplinary team meetings to support student needs.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to coordinate supports.
- Connect students and families to community resources.
- Provide crisis intervention and implement tiered interventions using frameworks such as MTSS/RTI, PBIS, and SEL.
- Maintain clear, compliant documentation and follow ethical practice standards.
