Role: Provide comprehensive nursing care to hospitalized patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications safely and monitor patient responses.
- Educate patients and families on care, treatment, and recovery.
- Document nursing care accurately and evaluate outcomes.
- Coordinate and communicate with the healthcare team to support continuity of care.
- Respond to emergencies and assist with urgent clinical situations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Current Oregon RN license.
- ICU experience or successful completion of an ICU cross-training program.
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient-safety focus.
- Effective communication and teamwork with multidisciplinary staff.
