Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality bedside care in a Healthcare & Medical Services department. Provide support to RNs and providers by administering medications and treatments, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining accurate documentation in the EHR.
Key Duties
- Deliver direct patient care with a focus on safety and quality
- Administer medications and perform prescribed treatments
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition
- Document care accurately in the electronic health record

- Assist with admissions and discharges

Qualifications & Skills
- Current LPN licensure
- Strong clinical judgment and bedside care skills
