Physical Therapist Assistant
Support licensed Physical Therapists in delivering evidence-based physical therapy care. Assist with implementing individualized treatment plans, facilitating therapeutic exercises, and helping patients improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
- Assist in patient evaluation support and review of treatment goals
- Monitor patient responses and progress during treatment
- Help deliver therapeutic exercises and mobility-related interventions
- Document patient outcomes and treatment information accurately
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to improve care delivery
- Maintain a patient-centered approach that supports safe, effective care
Qualifications & Skills
- Current licensure/credentialing as a Physical Therapist Assistant (where required)
- Strong understanding of basic physical therapy principles and therapeutic exercise techniques
- Ability to observe, report, and respond to changes in patient condition
- Accurate documentation and effective communication
- Compassionate, inclusive, and team-oriented mindset
